THE LOWE KNIT
Your Lowe Knit is designed for everyday wear and easy care.
For light marks or everyday cleaning, gently spot clean with a mild detergent and cool water. For a deeper clean, the Lo Knit may be machine washed using cold water on a gentle cycle.
Always air dry. Do not place in the dryer.
To help maintain its original shape, reshape the tote while damp and allow it to dry naturally on a flat surface. Avoid bleach, harsh cleaning products, and excessive heat.
To preserve your Cartland leather:
- Gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. For deeper cleaning or conditioning, use only products specifically formulated for genuine leather and test them first on a small, inconspicuous area.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, oils, lotions, perfumes, alcohol, and harsh chemicals, which may affect the leather or hardware.
- If your piece becomes wet, gently blot excess moisture do not rub and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
- When not in use, empty the bag, gently maintain its shape with clean, acid-free tissue or another soft material, and store it in a cool, dry place, preferably inside its dust bag. Avoid overfilling, folding, crushing, or hanging the bag by its handles for extended periods.
- For the CL Monroe, take extra care with the chain and gold-tone hardware. Avoid abrasive surfaces and store the chain so it does not press against or scratch the leather.
- For cardholders, avoid overstuffing card slots, as repeated stretching can permanently alter their shape.
